SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow up to 2-3 business days for order processing.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Domestic shipping is calculated at the time of checkout and is based on purchased item(s) weight and shipping location.

Standard Shipping - 4-7 business days.

First Class Mail - 1-3 business days.

First Class Package - 1-3 business days.

Priority Mail - 1-3 business days.

Priority Mail Express - Overnight shipping or 1-2 business days.

 

*Domestic U.S. Shipping does not include Alaska, Hawaii, or any other territories under the control of the United States. The Contiguous United States.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

We ship with USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL.

 

All orders are shipped directly from the United States, you may be subject to customs, duties and taxes fees based on your country.

International shipping takes 7–21 days to arrive, although the USPS does not guarantee delivery dates or times. Mail may travel to its destination by ground, air or a combination of both.

You are completely responsible for your all import duties, customs and local taxes designated by your country and region.

 

The grand total of your order as displayed at checkout does not include any additional duties required. The carrier will inform you of any additional duties if required.

 

UK  - You may have to pay VAT, Customs Duty or Excise Duty on goods sent from outside the European Union (EU) before you can collect them. On average, UK will charge 12% of the value of your order.

Canada - The threshold for bringing goods into Canada from the UK is $20 CAD - Any orders with a value above this amount will be charged import fees of approximately 5%-13%.

Refusing to Pay Customs

If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to the U.S., a shipping & handling fee may be deducted from your refund.
