Turkey Burgers With Mango and Avocado Salsa... I know, right? This recipe we found on Pearl Medspa was so amazing that we had to share! In addition to being tasty, the lean protein, such as ground beef provides skin with the building blocks for collagen & elastin (you know those fibers that help your skin look firm and wrinkle free!) Research also shows that the levels of zinc & niacin in ground turkey may help treat inflammatory acne.
